Can I create my own package? Yes. You may pick and choose any service combination of three or more services and the Day Spa at Willow Valley will give you a 10% discount off the entire package.

Can the Day Spa accommodate groups? Yes. If you would like to schedule a group for spa treatments, we recommend that you contact the Spa at least one month ahead. The Day Spa can accommodate up to four clients per hour.

What is the Day Spa’s cancellation policy? A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. "No shows" and those not abiding by the 24-hour cancellation notice police will be charged for the full service.

What is the Day Spa’s gratuity policy? It is our pleasure to serve you. At your discretion, cash gratuity is gratefully accepted by the therapists.

Where is the Day Spa at Willow Valley located? The Day Spa is located in Willow Valley Retirement Communities’ beautiful Cultural Center. It is only moments away from the Willow Valley Resort.

From the Willow Valley Resort:
At the light coming out of the Resort, turn right onto 222 South. At the next traffic light, get into the left lane and turn left, staying on Route 222 South (Beaver Valley Pike). Go to the second traffic light and turn right onto Peach Bottom Road. Continue about ¼ mile and turn left onto Willow Valley Lakes Drive. Continue on Willow Valley Lakes Drive, past the Willow Gables town homes and onto the Cultural Center grounds. Follow the road around to the left of the Cultural Center (construction of Spring Run buildings will be on your left) until you arrive at the front of the building. Turn right into the parking lot and enter through the Main Entrance.

From Lancaster:
Follow Route 22 South (Prince Street) through the city. Continue for about 7 miles. Continue past the Willow Valley Resort. At the next traffic light, get into the left lane and turn left, staying on Route 222 South (Beaver Valley Pike). Go to the second traffic light and turn right onto Peach Bottom Road. From the East ( Strasburg):
Follow Route 741 West to Route 222 North. Turn right onto Rt. 222 North. Proceed to the second traffic light and turn left onto Peach Bottom Road. How may I schedule an appointment? To schedule an appointment, you may call the Day Spa directly at 717-464-6873. The receptionist will assist you in making your appointment. On the day of your appointment, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you receive your full service. We also recommend that you schedule your next visit before leaving the spa.

Are gift certificates available at the Day Spa? Yes. The Day Spa has gift certificates available for purchase. These are great gifts for friends, family members, and co-workers.
